What size storage units do you lease?

Spacious Solutions: We specialize in oversized units, with our largest option being 25' x 80'.

Multi-Unit Leases: Need even more space? Maximize your storage options with our multi-unit lease program. We can easily combine units to create a custom-sized solution for you.

Pull-Through Options: We also have a limited number of pull-through units.

Smaller Options: Looking for something a little smaller? We also have a limited number of 23' x 20' units available.

What is included in my rental agreement?

We’re committed to helping you store and protect your treasures. You will have 24/7 remote-controlled access to oversized units with minimum 18-foot ceilings and 14-foot by 14-foot garage doors. Additionally, our facility has wash and waste stations, and an onsite dumpster. And there’s so much more - please view our list of amenities here.

What types of modifications can I make to my unit?

The possibilities are endless! We encourage you to get creative and think beyond your basic storage needs. Consider what space you’re missing at home, and let your imagination run wild. Do you need to get away and wrench all day long on your toys?  You might consider adding a car lift and a restroom.  Looking to protect your RV and create an escape for yourself and your friends?  Consider adding a mezzanine to maximize space and create a space for work or play.  And don’t forget the internet for your new home office!  Call us to brainstorm.

Please note, any and all modifications must be approved and installed by Hangars.  Depending on upgrades made to your unit, you may also be required to pay for additional utilities.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us.

Can I operate a business out of my storage unit?

No, you may not operate a business out of your storage unit or have employees meet to work there. However, home offices are encouraged, and you may store equipment, inventory, and files in your unit.

How do I access the Hangars facility?

Upon becoming a tenant at Hangars, you'll be provided with:

  • An app and key fob for the main gate, pedestrian gate, common restroom, and your unit's pedestrian door.

  • A garage door opener for your unit.

Are the units climate-controlled?

The exterior walls, roof, and garage and pedestrian doors are insulated. Each individual unit can be upgraded with HVAC climate control systems, which will be installed by Hangars.

Can I park my car outside my unit?

You can park two vehicles in front of your unit while visiting, but there is not extended or overnight parking outside.  Additional guest parking is available outside the gated entrances. All visitors must be accompanied by the leaseholder.

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

Our minimum lease term is 1 year.

Do I need to purchase insurance for my unit?

Yes, you will be required to purchase insurance for the replacement value of property in your unit. We also require all tenants to have liability insurance. Both your property and liability coverages must name Hangars (Hitt Lane LLC) as an additional insured.
